Checked out your Web and have only one thing to say -WOOOOOOWWWWWWW!!!! What a great Website. Expected to spend a few minutes and ended up spending the whole afternoon scrolling through all the old Dubai photos. A great effort just as Luiji's book is. Great job Despite being fiction I did miss any reference to our old friends  love for GO-CART racing. In fact I first met the Duke in 1972 at the old GO-CART track at the old airport road before it moved to Jabal Ali.

I remember the first go-cart track on the airport road. There are some great stories to tell about those events. Glad you reminded me.

How well I remember Dubai, I spent 30 good years there. I see Len Matson is still around. Hi Len. I have yet to read the book but the "Duke" sounds like Jim Thompson. One day I will dig through my photographs and have them posted on your site. roy
